- You need 300 grams of bhindi/lady finger.
- It's 1 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 2 of green chilies, slit.
- Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

- You need 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- You need 1/2 tsp of dry mango powder/amchur.

- Rinse the bhindi then wipe them dry with a kitchen towel, slice off the crown and base tip of each bhindi and cut them vertically.
- Heat oil in a thick bottomed shallow frying pan, add cumin seeds, let it splutter,.
