Aaloo gobi curry instructions

  1. Heat oil and fry the Potatoes and florets.
  2. Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft.
  3. Now remove it and add ghee in the pan.
  4. Add cumin seed and bay leaf.
  5. Let it crackle,now add ginger paste and saute well.
  6. Add tomato and cumin powder and red chilli Powder.
  7. And saute well till oil separates.
  8. Add cauliflower florets and Potatoes and mix well.
  9. Add water and simmer till the veggies get cooked well.
  10. Add sugar and garam masala powder and switch off.
  11. The curry is ready to be served.
