- Blanch the spinach for 2 minutes in a pan,keep aside remove excess water amd grind without using water.
- Boil the potatoes and peel it.
- Add oil in wok/ kadhai add green chilli, capsicum, peas and beans slightly cook it and then off the flame,make it cool and then paste it into a grinder without using water.
- Now add the spinach paste and capacicum peas & beans paste into a bowl add paneer add potatoes add all the dry masala mentioned above with bread crumbs and cornflour into it keep half of breadcrumbs for later.
- Now let the mixture cool for 5-10 minutes, then start making tikki shaped kebabs and add to breadcrubs and put the cashew in between of tikki so that it looks good.
- If u you want to deep fry it in a kadhai or if you want to shallow fry then do it on a tawa. Now it's ready to eat. Serve it with mint chutney.
