- You need of bread slices (cut into half).
- Prepare of Oil for frying the bread.
- Prepare of sugar.

- Now heat up the oil and fry the bread sliced till crispy and golden brown from both sides..
- Now in a pan add sugar and water mix it and bowl it on high flame add the saffron strands and green cardamom and food colour mix it and boil for 5 minutes till the sugar syrup became sticky (don’t for any strands only sticks in our fingers). Remove from the heat..
- Now dip the fried bread slices in sugar syrup and transfer it to dish do the same with all the slices and pour some sugar syrup on it..
- Now for making Rabri boil the milk on high flame and in an another bowl take 2 tbsps corn flour and 2 tbsps milk mix it and add it to the milk gradually and stir it continuously..
- Now add 2-4 tbsps milk to the milk powder mix it and add it to the milk. Mix it nicely..
- Now it started thickens after 5 minutes turn off the heat. Our Rabri is ready..
- Let it cool down..
- Now pour all the Rabri on the top of dish nicely and garnish with chopped almonds cashews and pistachios..
- Leave it for 1-2 hours to set..
- Our delicious shahi tukda is ready to serve..
