- Prepare 8 of Bread slices.
- You need 1/2 liter of Milk.
- You need 1 tbsp of Dryfruits (almond&cashew).
- It's 3 tbsp of Sugar.
- Prepare As required of Ghee for frying.
- You need 1 tbsp of Desi ghee.
- You need 1/2 tsp of yellow food colour.
- Prepare 3 of White Cardamom.

- Cut the sides of a bread slices..
- Now cut the slice in a triangular shape...
- Heat ghee in a wok and deep fry all the slice of bread in golden brown colour..
- Remove it on a tissue paper..
- Now take 1 tablespoon of ghee add safed Elaichi..
- Add milk.
- Add yellow food colour and mix.
- Now simmer the gas and cook the milk until it's become little thick an add dry fruits..
- Now add bread slices in milk leave it for one minute so it's become little soft and then remove it and place it on a serving plate.
- Do the same with all the bread slices and place them on a serving plate..
- Now pour left over milk mixture on a bread slices topped with some dry fruits and serve..
