Ingredients of Bhindi Masala
- Prepare 200 gms of medium size bheedi(lady's finger).
- It's 1 tsp each of All Spices (Red chilli powder, coriander powder, haldi little amchoor).
- You need Little of amchoor powder.
- It's As per taste of Salt.
- You need As required of Coriander leaves.
- It's 2 of Green Chillies.
- You need 2 tbsp of Curd.
- You need 2 of tomato puree.
- You need As required of Oil.
Bhindi Masala step by step
- Firstly wash and cut bhindi, slit in middle, then put spices in each bhindi and keep aside..
- Then make a coarse paste of dry masala, in a Kadai put oil when heating put these masalas, stir for 2 minutes, then add bhindi with masala, then stir for few minutes and then add little curd and tomato puree..
- Then fry for 2 minutes and cover the kadhai by adding little water and garnish with little garam masala over it..
