- Prepare 3-4 of Bread slices.
- Prepare few of green cardamoms.

- Rabri Recipe : Take a heavy bottomed pan, add milk and heat it on a low flame. Keep stirring the milk pretty often while it's get reduced. Add just little sugar because Shahi Tukda will already be really sweet, also add green Cardamom powder. When milk become little thick, switch off the gas and keep it aside to cool down..
- Sugar Syrup Recipe : Take a pan, add 1-2 cup water, sugar (as per your sweet requirement), crushed 2-3 green cardamoms and saffron. Wait till 2-3 boil and keep stirring the mixture. Now switch off the stove and keep the syrup aside and wait to cool it down..
- Final Step: Take white bread, cut out the brown sides of bread then cut it from between in two pieces. Deep fry it in Ghee or Oil evenly till crisp and golden. Dip the Bread slices in the Sugar syrup for 5-10 seconds with the help of a spoon or small tongs. Arrange the sugar syrup soaked bread slices neatly in a serving tray or plate.
