  3. It's 3 cups of full cream milk.
  4. It's 1/4 cup of Ghee.

  1. Add 2 cups milk to the kadai and then add 1 cup sugar.
  2. Let the sugar dissolve completely and let it boil.

  5. Once it is condensed, allow it to cool and on the other side add the ghee to a pan.
  6. Remove the sides of the bread and cut them into triangles, fry them in the ghee till golden brown.
  7. Keep aside and chop the almonds also.
  8. Once the milk comes to room temperature, place the bread slices on a plate and pour the milk over it and top it with the malai.
  9. Garnish with almonds and saffron and refrigerate and serve chilled.
