  1. You need 1 litre of milk for rabri.
  2. You need 1 litre of lt full cream milk for chhena.
  3. It's 200 gm of sugar.
  4. It's 1 tbspn of vinegar.
  5. It's of Mixed dry fruits.

Angoori Chhena  rasmalai step by step

  1. Heat milk for rabri in a pan.
  2. Heat milk for chhena in another pan.
  3. When the rabri milk comes to boil add sugar and switch the flame to lowest and give a stir at regular intervals... Add dry fruits too... Let it heat untill thickens.
  4. Now, when the chhena milk boils switch off the flame and after 2 mins add vinegar to it.
  5. Now, take out the chhena in a cotton cloth and remove excess water from it and take it in a plate.
  6. Mash it with finger tips for 5-6 mins.
  7. Make small balls out of it and make sugar syrup.
  8. Add balls to the boiling sugar syrup and let it cook for 20 mins on high flame.
  9. Remove the chhena ballS frm the syrup and let them cool. Cool rabri also.
  10. Them mix them together and refrigerate for 2 hrs and serve chill.
