- You need 250 gram of bhindi.
- You need 1 of large tomato.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of jeera powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garlic paste.
- Prepare 1/2 of kitchen king masala.
- It's 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- It's 1 of red chilli.
- Prepare 1 of medium size onion finely chopped.
- It's 1 tsp of Lime juice.
- Prepare 1 tbs of butter.

Bhindi tomato masala fry instructions
- Wash and dry bhindi, and cut into 1 inch leanthwise..
- Heat sufficient oil in pan, deep Fry the bhindi in batches till they become little brown in colour.
- Deseeded tomato and cut into 4 part, deep Fry it for 1/2 min. On high flame. Keep fry bhindi and tomato aside.
- Now take a pan add 1 tsb oil, add finely chopped onion, saute it till it become transparent, then add red chilli, and garlic paste, cook it till raw flavor of garlic gone.
- Now add fried bhindi and tomato in it, mix it well, add jeera powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala, turmeric powder, salt, mix all well,.
- Now add lime juice, and butter, mix well.
- Serve hot with roti or paratha.
