- You need 1 kg of Bhindi chopped.
- Prepare 3 of medium onions chopped.
- Prepare 2 of medium lemons.
- It's 1.5 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1.5 tsp of Salt (or as per taste).
- It's 1 tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Garam Masala.
- It's 2-3 tsp of Chaat Masal.

- Wash bhindi properly.Dry pat with a kitchen towel.Take a bowl and cut lady finger into small pieces..
- Heat oil in a cooking vessel,add cumin seeds,red chilli chopped.when the cumin seeds are light brown add the lemon juice and saute for 2 minutes.Cook without lid for 5 minutes on low flame..
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,roast well.Cook without lid for about 20 minutes on low flame..
- Add chopped onions and sauté well..
- Add green chillies and sauté..
- Cook until onions and bhindi get crispy and light brown.Add salt,garam masala,chatt masala.Switch off the flame..
- Serve hot by garnishing with lemon wedges..
