- For green and white layer :.
- Same proportion for white layer and green layer as mentioned above.
- Mix well cornflour with 1½ cup of water..
- Heat pan add sugar and 1 cup of water stir constantly till sugar dissolve now add lemon juice stir now cornflour batter and stir constantly on low to medium flame till it's come to transparent lump..
- Add melon seeds 1 tbsp ghee stir constantly till it mix into lump, now again add 1 tbsp ghee stir constantly till it mix into lump, add orange emulsion mix well..
- Remove to deep greased vessel(continue same procedure for white and green layer) let it cool for 2 hours cut into pieces add serve..
