Ingredients of Rice Kheer
- It's 1/2 cup of basmati rice.
- You need 1.5 ltr of full cream milk.
- Prepare 2 1/2 tbsp of sugar.
- Prepare 1 tsp of clarified butter.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
- It's as needed of Dry fruit.
- It's as needed of thread of saffron.
Rice Kheer instructions
- Soak rice for 3hrs then crush.
- Take a heavy pan add 1spoon of clarified butter &saute rice.
- Add 1lt.full cream milk when properly cooked simmer flame (almost 20-30mnts).
- Then add sugar and remaining milk & sugar.
- Again cook simmer flame for 15-20mnts & while stir properly.
- Add cardamom powder and dry fruits & saffron thread...
- Serve chilled...
