  2. Prepare 1 &1/2 cup of sugar.
  3. You need 1 litre of full fat milk.
  4. You need as needed of Kewra water (optional).
  5. It's 7-8 of chopped almonds.
  6. You need 7-8 of chopped cashews.
  7. You need 1 pinch of yellow food colour.
  8. Prepare as needed of Oil for frying.

  3. Now in a vessel add 1&1/2 cup sugar and 3 cups of water and put in on heat on high flame and bring it to boil. Boil it on medium to low flame to become little thick..
  4. Now add yellow food colour and kewra water mix it and turn off the flame..
  5. Now cut the bread slices in triangles and heat up a pan with oil, add the bread slices in it and fry from one side till golden brown now flip it and fry the other side till golden brown..
  6. Fry all the slices as same process..
  7. Now dip the one slices in the prepared sugar syrup and remove it in a plate after that dip another slice and put it on the plate, dip all the slices in the sugar syrup one by one till as it soak the syrup nicely..
  8. Now spread rabdi on the the top of the slices well and garnish with chopped almonds and cashews..
  9. Now our delicious shahi tukda is ready serve it..
