  1. Prepare 100 gm of Rice.
  2. You need 1 ltr of Full cream milk.
  3. You need 2 tsp of Pure ghee.
  4. It's 1/2 cup of Sugar.
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of cardmom powder.
  6. You need Handful of Chopped nuts.
  7. Prepare 1 cup of Soaked makhana.
  8. It's 8-9 of Kesar threads (soaked in1/4cup of warm milk.

Made by simmering rice and milk in heavy, large bronze vessels for a long time, this rice kheer has a rich taste and attractive pink colour that comes out of the natural thickening of milk.   1. Soaked the rice for atleast 1 /2hrs.
  2. Take a thick bottom pan add ghee heat for a min add strain rice Stir for 5 min..
  3. Now add Boiled milk Stir continueously after 10 min add makhana Stir well.cook till the rice is 1/4 done..
  4. Stir time to time.now add sugar at this stage Stir co tinuosly add cardmom powder, Nuts and saffron threads. Turn off the flame..

This sama ke chawal ki kheer does taste similar to regular rice kheer. And I made it the same way I make my rice kheer which is very easy to make.
