Ingredients of Spicy Soya Biryani
- You need 1 glass of soaked rice.
- You need 3 of onions thinely sliced.
- It's 1.5 cup of soya nuggets.
- You need 3 of tomatoes pureed.
- It's 2 tsp of biryani masala.
- It's 1/2 +1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 +1/2 tsp of sukha dhaniya powder.
- You need 3 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1/2 bowl of curd.
- You need as required of Whole garam masala.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need 3-4 of green chillies.
- It's 1/2 cup of fried onion.
- It's 1 handful of mint and coriander leaves.
- Prepare 5 tsp of oil.
Spicy Soya Biryani step by step
- Soak rice fr 1 hour and Cook it..
- Keep soya nuggets in hot water for 15 mins. Then, Marinate soya in curd,sukha dhaniya,garam masala,salt and red chilli powder.
- Heat oil in cooker and add whole garam masala followed by ginger garlic paste..
- Add onions and green chilliez. Saute till dark golden brown..
- Then add marinated soya. Saute till it is done.After that add tomato puree and spices..
- Put rice on already sauted soya followed by fried onions and mint coriander leaves and 1 glass of water..
- 1 whistle on high and it is done. Serve hot with green chutney,some onions and lemon wedges!.
