Ingredients of Rice Kesar dry fruits kheer

  1. Prepare of Milk full cream.
  2. You need of Basmati tukda Rice (soaked).
  3. Prepare of Sugar.
  4. You need of grm mawa or condense milk (optional).
  5. It's of Kismis.
  6. You need of Saffron thread (optional).
  7. Prepare of Almonds.
  8. You need of Cashew nut.
  9. It's of pistachio.
  10. Prepare of Green Cardomans.

Rice Kesar dry fruits kheer step by step

  1. First soaked rice for 30 mins.
  2. Then take a top pour the milk into the top(patila).
  3. Boil the milk first then add soaked rice then boil for 10 min.
  4. Take a bowl add 2-3 tsp of milk and kesar thread mix it well.
  5. Then we have to chopped the almonds, cashew nuts and pistachio for adding in the kheer.
  6. After one one minute we have to check the kheer and stir it continuously.
  7. After 10 min add chopped almonds,cashew,pistachios and boil for another 10 min.
  8. After that add kesar milk to the kheer top(patila) and green cardamon powder to the kheer and stir it for till desired consitency.
  9. Then add the sugar in the kheer and stir it for another 2-3 mins.
  10. Garma garma kesar dry fruits kheer is ready to serve.
  11. U can use any dry fruits as per your choice it's totally depends upon u.
  12. U can increase or decrease sugar as per your taste bcoz condense milk me already added sugar.
