Recipe: Delicious Crab masala...yummmm :)

Crab masala...yummmm :). Crab Curry is one of the seafood delicacies which we enjoy at restaurants. Even though everyone falls in love with the taste of the crab, they often shy. Crab Masala Fry is a fragrant medley of spices and aromatics.

Crab masala...yummmm :) Garam masala (Hindi: गरम मसाला;Urdu: گرم مسالہ) from garam ("hot") and masala (a mixture of spices) is a blend of ground spices, originating from South Asia, common in Afghani, Pakistani. I love mushroom masala curries, thnx for sharing, now am gonna try this. Flavorful, not too spicy, and extremely satisfying. You can have Crab masala...yummmm :) using 15 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.

Ingredients of Crab masala...yummmm :)

  1. It's 500 grams of Crab Fresh.
  2. Prepare 2 numbers of Onion Chopped.
  3. Prepare 12 pods of Garlic paste.
  4. It's 1 inch of Ginger paste.
  5. It's 1 number of Tomato puree.
  6. You need 2 numbers of Green Chilli Slitted.
  7. It's 1 teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder.
  8. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder.
  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Coriander Powder.
  10. It's 1 teaspoon of Cumin Powder.
  11. You need 1/2 teaspoon of Garam Masala Powder.
  12. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  13. It's 1 bunch of Coriander leaves.
  14. You need 1 number of Lemon juice.
  15. You need 2 tablespoons of Mustard Oil.

Chana masala can be enjoyed as a stew on its own, or it can be delicious with white or brown rice (see my favorite method here), or cauliflower rice. Poori Masala is one of the quickest meal I can make. Crab masala...yummmm :) step by step

  1. Firstly wash the crab properly and dice, add a pinch of turmeric powder, mix well and keep aside..
  2. Take little oil in a pan. Once hot add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add chopped onion and fry it until brown. Then add slitted green chilli..
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and stir it for 2 min. Then add tomato puree and stir again..
  4. Add all dry powder spices like turmeric, red chill, coriander and cumin and fry it until leaves the oil..
  5. Then add Crab pieces to the masala and stir it for 5 min as it will leave water. Add salt to taste. Cook it for 10 min in simmer with covered lid. The crab changes to orange color after it gets cooked perfectly..
  6. Before switching off the stove add garam masala and lemon juice mix well. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice and rasam or can have just like that ;):).... Enjoy the delicacy!.
