- It's 250 gm of ladyfingers.
- You need 2 of potatoes.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Mustard seeds paste.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare as needed of Mustard oil.
- You need 1 tbsp of green chilli paste.
- You need 1 of tomato puree.
- You need 1 tbsp of kalonji.
- You need to taste of Salt.

- First wash and cut potatoes and ladyfingers in pieces,.
- Heat a kadai add oil then fry ladyfingers and potatoes and put on a plate.
- Now add oil in a kadai if required then add kalonji then add tomato puree and green chilli paste,salt, red chilli powder, termuric and fry until raw smell comes out.
- Now add fried potatoes pieces and mix well with the masala.
- Now add 2 cups of water and cook for 10 minutes..
- If potatoes are cooked well then add mustard seeds paste and little water if required then add ladyfingers and cook for 5 minutes..
