- You need of bread slices.
- Prepare of ghee.
- You need of For Sugar syrup.
- It's of sugar.
- Prepare of water.

- You need of full fat milk.

Shahi Tukda instructions
- To prepare Rabri.
- Boil milk with sugar. Add cardamom and mix well. Simmer and cook until milk reduce to 1/4th of quantity.
- Add saffron strands. Simmer for 3 minutes. Keep it aside.
- For sugar syrup: boil sugar and water. Cook until sugar reaches one string consistency.
- Trim edges of bread and cut into triangle. Shallow fry in ghee until golden brown.
- Soak bread in sugar syrup for 3 minutes.
- Pour Rabri in serving plate. Transfer soaked bread to plate. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve. Best served cold.
