- Heat milk, when it get boiled lower the flame..
- Grind all the dry fruits..
- Add grind ingredients in the same pan and keep stirring..
- Add dried whole milk and milk powder in the pan..
- Add a pinch of turmeric for it's traditional look, switch off the flame and let it cool down then add rose petals..
- Add it in kulfi mold..
- Refrigerate it for 12 hours..
- Boil vermicelli and refrigerate it..
- Take our kufli mold and plunge it under water and with the help of hand remove it..
- In a serving plate add this kulfi, sprinkle some vermicelli and drench it with rose syrup..
