Boondi Firni Kalakand Cake step by step
- Mix the gram flour add water to achieve the dropping consistency.pour drops of few colour.pour drops of this mixture into hot oil with a slotted spoon.deeps fry till the drops become golden brown.drain to remove excess oil after removing Boondi from oil..

- Soak the rice water for about 1 hr.drain wash and drain again and blend in a mixer to a coarse powder.boil the rest of the milk and gently stir in the rice paste.cook for 15 min.on a slow flame while stirring continuously.add a sugar mix it well for a few min.and add dry fruits,elaichi powder and now firni is ready..
