- Take a pan add water and sugar, boil 8 to 10 minutes and make sugar syrup..
- Take a big mixer jar add mava, paneer, semolina,and maida and milk, blend it and make smooth lumps free batter..
- Add fennel seeds and cardamom powder and mix well..
- Now add baking powder and divide batter into three parts..
- Add orange food colour in one part and mix well..
- Add green food colour in 2 and part and mix well..
- In third part add action strings and mix well..
- Now keep batter for about 15 to 20 minutes to rest.
- Take a deep flat pan heat ghee and fry all malpuas in round shape or with the help of mould u can make flower shape..
- Dip in to sugar syrup for 2 to 3 minute, garnish with cherry and chopped almonds..
