Ingredients of Dryfruit kesar phirni (Raj Bhog flavoured)
- It's 1 litre of full fat milk (I used cow milk).
- You need 1 of & 1/2 tbsp rice.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.
- It's 7-8 pc of cashews.
- You need 7-8 pc of almonds.
- It's 1/2 tsp of saffron strings.
Dryfruit kesar phirni (Raj Bhog flavoured) instructions
- Wash rice and soak for 15 min. Then crush in hand crusher..
- Heat milk into heavy bottom pan, when it starts boiling keep on medium heat, add sugar and simmer for 5 min. Then add crushed rice and cook for more 10 min on low heat. Now, add some crushed dryfruit, and mix well, simmer for 2-3min. (Crushed dryfruit into hand crusher, not chopped).
- Soak saffron strings into spoonful of hot milk for a min. Then crush it, and add into milk, and at the time add cardamom powder. Here you can add remaining dryfruit crushed, or at last when you put into fridge. Again simmer for more 5 min..
- Let it cool down completely and put into fridge for an hour..
- Serve cold or chilled..
