Ingredients of Coconut Rose Phirni

  1. It's of Coconut(raw)-150gm.
  2. You need of Rice flour-2-3tbsp.
  3. Prepare of Milk-1/2lit.
  4. Prepare of Rose water-15-20ml.
  5. It's of Ghee-2tsp.
  6. You need of Dryfruits-some chopped pista, cashewnuts,almond,rasin.
  7. You need of Sugar-50-100gm.
  8. It's of Cardemum-3-4(ground).
  9. Prepare of Rose petals-for garnish.

Coconut Rose Phirni step by step

  1. Take a mixer jar and parshely grind raw coconut..
  2. Heat ghee into pan and fry riceflour for 2-3min.till iis colour is golden..
  3. Boil milk and add coconut paste and mix and stir it continuously for 4-5 min.than add fried riceflour.mix it stir it continuously for 3-4 min..
  4. Add ground cardimum and sugar mix it well.
  5. Add all the dry fruits and at little thick consistency turn off the gas.
  6. Garnish it with some chopped dryfruits and rose patals..serve it hot or cold..
