- Mix water and sugar,make thin syrup,add colour and cardmom powder,keep it aside..
- Cut each slice into 2 peices..
- Fry bread peices in ghee untill golden brown.
- Take a dish,dip fried bread peices into sugar syrup,and arrange in the dish..
- Boil milk,sugar,condensed milk,t reduced to 1/4 quantity,add saffron,cardmom,keep it aside..
- Pur the above reduce milk on the bread slices,cover all the slices with refuced milk,garnish with dry fruits,keep it in the fridge,serve chilled or can be had warm too..
