Ingredients of Chicken mandi

Prepare 1200 gms of Chicken.
It's 800 gms of Rice.
You need of Green chilli paste.
You need of Haldi.
It's of Red chilli powder.
It's of Lemon.
Prepare of Curd.
You need of Oil.
It's of Carrot 🥕 grated.
Prepare of Fried almond and raisins.
You need of Dried lemon.
It's of Mandi masala.
You need of Mandi masala - zeera dhaniya powder, cinnamon powder, red chili.
It's of Onion fried brown.

Chicken mandi instructions

Marinate the chicken pieces with mandi masala.
Take oil in a pot fry onion till golden brown add gg paste..
Now add the Marinated chicken cook untill 1/2 done and also add carrot.
Put water into it and bring to boil. Now remove the chicken from this broth. Keep water aside..
Now add oil in a pot again take the fried onions add gg paste and whole garam masala then put the rice and add the broth and a dried lemon bring it to boil. Add green chilli to add spice if u like.
Nowcook rice untill it's done..
Take chicken pieces put more mandi masala and lemon on it and grill it for 5 min on tawa.
Now put the chicken on rice and give smoke effect by placing a coal on it ad ghee and cover nicely so that flavour get infused nicely..
Mandi is ready garnish with fried almond and raisins.
Have it with raita or salsa u may like it.
