Bread Phirni step by step
- Boil milk in a pan with green cardamoms..
- Take water in a bowl & dip the bread slices..
- Take them out & squeeze them.put them in a grinder..
- Add 1/2 cup of milk in it..
- Grind till it becomes a smooth paste..
- Now add this paste to the boiling milk..
- Stir continuously to avoid lumps..
- Add 1 tsp of vanilla custard in a bowl..
- Make a smooth paste with the help of milk..
- Now add this paste to the already boilng milk..
- Stir continuously till it become little thick..
- Switch off the flame & let it cool down..
- Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes..
- Put it in serving bowl or kulhar. Garnish with almonds & serve cold..
