- It's 300 gms of Bhindi.
- You need 1 cup of Chopped onion.
- You need 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 cup of Tomato puree.

- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add Bhindi and fry it and keep it aside..
- Add remaining oil and add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste and saute then add onion and satue..
- Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder and mix..
- Then add tomato puree and mix and add cashew nuts paste and mix..
