- In a bowl add rava,maida,salt,oil and mix well then add warm water little by little to make stiff dough knead well keep covered for hour. Then again knead dough and divide into balls..
- Roll the balls and cut with small lid.and do same with other balls and keep Puri's covered in moist cloth.
- Heat oil in kadai heat well fry puries..
- In mixijar add pudina, corriander leaves, chilly,ginger and make paste adding little water sieve it and add chilled water to make pudina pani according to taste add jeera salt,black salt,lemon juice and mix well..
- In a bow add tamarind dates chetney add chilled water accordingly black salt and mix it well..
- Arrange all preparation in one place and enjoy..
