Ingredients of Karachi Halwa
- Prepare 1/2 cup of cornflour.
- You need 1 1/4 cup of water.
- It's 3 tsp of Melon seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cardomon powder.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of ghee.
- Prepare 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- Prepare Pinch of red food colour.
- You need of For sugar syrup.
- Prepare 1 cup of sugar.
- You need 3/4 cup of water.
Karachi Halwa instructions
- Take a bowl add cornflour and water make a paste.
- Now make sugar syrup. Take a kadai add sugar and water still contineiusly when the sugar dissolves than add cornflour paste in it.
- Add lemon juice. The reason of adding lemon juice is the sugar syrup won't get crystalize.
- Add cournflour paste and stit continuously.
- Add ghee and stir for 10 minutes om low flame and again add ghee stir now add cardamon powder.
- Red food colour and melon seeds and mix well.
- Set In a tray for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour cut in pieces.
