Phirni or Firni is a traditional Kashmiri dessert which is made using milk and rice.

Ingredients of Suji phirni
- It's 1 cup of Semolina.
- Prepare 3 cup of Milk.
- Prepare 1 cup of Sugar.
- You need 2 tbsp of Ghee.
- You need 1 tsp of Chopped almonds.
- It's 1 tsp of Chopped pistachios.

- In a frying pan heat ghee and roast semolina for 5 minute. (not till brown as we want the real firni colour).
- Add milk and sugar till milk boils and completely mix in sugar..
- Stirr constantly till it thicken, add chopped almond, chopped pistachios and light mix..
- Pour in serving bowls, let rest for sometime..
- Garnish with some chopped pistachios..
- Serve chilled..
