- Finely chop the dry fruits separately..
- Dry roast the chopped dry fruits one after the other..
- Heat a frying pan. Add a tbsp of ghee and khus khus to it and roast in low flame..
- Add all the roasted dry fruits in the pan and give it a quick stir..
- Make a coarse paste of dates and add it to the dry fruits and mix well..
- Let the dates-dryfruits mixture cool down..
- After cooling down take the required amount of the mixture and roll it into a cylindrical roll and wrap it in a aluminium foil and refrigerate it for atleast two hours..
- Take out from the refrigerator and cut it into 1/2 inch thickness..
