- Take a pan boil milk.

- And let half milk to boil till cook rabri.
- Take one bowl add fresh cream.
- Add powered sugar mix well.
- Take another bowl mix the red rose essence in the coconut powder.
- Take one piece of bread cut it in your desired shape.
- Dip in the milk.
- Then spread the rabri on it.
- The another piece of bread dip in milk cover the rabri.
- Sprinkle the coconut powder red rose essence mix.
- For garnish sprinkle the dry fruits on it.
- Keep in 2 hour in freeze..
- Serve cool.
