Ingredients of Dhaba Style Chicken Masala
- It's 500 gms of chicken (with bones).
- Prepare 2 of onions chopped.
- Prepare 1 of heaped tablespoon ginger garlic paste.
- It's 2 of tomatoes chopped.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of mixed Whole masalas-cinnamon/ pepper/cloves/jeera/ green cardamom.
- Prepare 3 tablespoons of oil/ghee.
- You need of Dry masalas-salt/huldi/coriander powder/chilly powder.
- Prepare 1 handful of chopped fresh methi leaves (can use kasuri methi 1 tsp also instead).

- In a non stick pan heat the oil/ghee and add all the whole masalas. Let it splutter then add the chopped onions and the ginger garlic paste. Sauté till golden and then add the chopped tomatoes. Bhuno nicely till oil seperates. Then add all the dry spices-salt/huldi/coriander powder and chilli powder as per your taste. Mix well into the masala..
- Add the chicken pieces and mix well into the masala and bhuno well till a light colour comes on the chicken and oil seperates. Add desired amount of water and cover and cook till chicken is tender and cooked well..
