- In a big bowl add all-purpose flour with sugar and 1 table spoon honey..
- Add cardamom powder..
- Add one mashed ripe banana..
- And milk.Add water..
- Mix it well to a pouring consistency..
- Add one teaspoon snunf..
- Heat a non stick tawa or pan on medium heat..
- Add a thin layer of oil..
- When the oil become hot add one table spoon of malpua paste on it..
- Don't try to make it round.It will take round shape automatically..
- Turn the flame on low..
- Add one teaspoon oil on the top of the malpua by the help of a spatula..
- Flip the malpua when it gets golden brown from one side.Take out the malpua when it gets golden brown from both side..
- Don't deep it on sugar syrup bcoz our malpua batter already has sugar in it..
