- You need 250 gram of chopped bhindi.
- It's 1medium size of chopped tomato.
- It's 4-5 tbsp of oil(for fry +masala).
- You need 1/2 tbsp of turmeric.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of curry leaves powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of dhania Powder.
- It's 2 tbsp of chuteny.
- You need 2 tbsp of paste of dry coconut + curry leaves + coriander + garlic.
- It's to taste of salt.
Restaurant Style Bhindi Masala instructions
- Firstly ON the flame then take 2 tbsp oil in pan,add chopped bhindi & fry it well for 4-5 minutes then take it out in separate dish..
- Then we need add 2 tbsp oil in pan and wait for 2-3 minutes to made it hot. After that we need to add 2 tbsp paste of dry coconut + curry leaves + coriander + garlic. Then we need to add 1 tbsp dhaniya powder, 1 tbsp curry leaves powder, 1/2 tbsp turmeric,2 tbsp chutney & mix it well After that we need to add chopped tomatoes & mix it properly..
- Now we need to add fried bhindi & mix it properly. Then add to some salt to taste & mix well..
- After that we need to cover our pan & cook it for 5-10 minutes on medium flame..
