- Prepare 1/2 ltr of milk.
- It's 1/2 cup of vermicelli.
- Prepare 1 cup of Nolen gur.
- It's 1 cup of raisin & cashewnuts.
- It's of Cherry for decoration.
- Prepare 1 pinch of salt.

- Heat ghee & fry vermicelli for 2 mins..
- Boil milk.When it will start to leave bubble add jaggery & a pinch of salt.Stir it constantly otherwise milk will curdle..
- Add vermicelli & dry fruits..
- Boil the milk for more 10 mins & then switch off the flame..
- Make it cool in room temperature..
- Decorate with your favourite dry fruits & keep it in fridge for at least 30 mins..
- Serve chilled..
