Aamras puri instructions
- Take wheat flour and add salt hot oil and mix.
- Add water and knead a little tight dough. This will help puris absorb less oil while frying.
- Make small portions and roll out little thick and deep fry in moderate hot oil.
- Keep mangoes in water for few minute to clean sticky thing near stem part..
- Peel skin and mmake pieces and churn add milk sugar.
- Serve hot puri with aamras with ghee on top.
