Crispy Pani puri Recipe step by step
- Take a bowl and add suji,maida,salt,soda & oil mix all ingredients & make a semi soft dough..
- Knead the dough and cover it with a damp cloth and keep it for 15 minutes..
- Heat a pan and add oil,salt and haldi. Now add chole mix well. And add aloo.now add ¼ cup water and mix & mashed 2 min..

- Take a jar and add 1 cup corriande,pudhina, lemon juice & chilli and grind.and add 2 cup water..
- Now filter it.
- Soak tamarind in 1 cup of hot water and after a while, mash it and filter it. Now add jaggery,jeera powder,chilli & salt..

- After 15 min set the dough. Make 4 equal size balls..
- Roll it to thin roti & cut the puri..
- Heat the oil and fry puri on medium flame..

- Serve pani puri with thikha pani, metha pani, Chole aloo & chopped onion..
