- It's 250 grams of Chicken.
- You need 1/2 cup of thick Dahi.
- You need 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1 pinch of yellow colour.

Banjara Kabab step by step
- In a bowl take dahi add green chutney + salt + pepper + turmeric + yellow colour + garam masala powder + cumin powder + Maggie masala + kaju paste and mix it well..
- Wash chicken pieces discard all it's water and add to the marination and keep aside for 30 mins..
- Heat grill pan add some oil and place chicken pieces one by one cook on a low flame untill it gets completely cooked and get grill effects..
