Ingredients of Honey Puris
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup of All purpose flour or Maida.
- You need 6-7 tbsp of Honey.
- It's 2-3 tbsp of Sesame Seeds.
- You need 1 pinch of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Warm Milk.
- You need 1 tbsp of Ghee.
Honey Puris instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl. Next add in Honey. Now add milk as required about 1/2 a cup and make a smooth dough out of it..
- You might need little less or more milk depending upon the quality of the flour. So add it accordingly. Rest the dough for 20 minutes..
- In the meantime, heat enough oil for frying the puris. After 20 minutes, divide the dough into 8 balls. Roll each of it into a disc, which should not be very thick nor very thin..
- Deep fry them on low to medium flame only in enough hot Oil. Serve these amazingly stunning puris with any of the endless options stated above. Enjoy!.
