- It's 4-5 slices of bread cut in triangle and deep fried.
- Prepare of Sugar syrup :-.
- Prepare 200 gms of sugar.
- It's 1 cup of water.

- It's 2 tsp of milk.

- You need 11/2 litre of full cream milk.

Shahi tukda step by step
- For the syrup :- take water in a pan add sugar and boil it... Then add 2tsp milk to it so that impurities come out from the syrup..... Remove the impurities....
- Then add kesar and cardamom powder to the syrup and boil it till one string consistency... Keep it aside to cool down....
- For rabdi:-take a non stick heavy bottom pan.. Boil the milk in it continuously stirring..... Till it remains half.
- Then we add kesar and cardamom powder to it,continue boiling and stirring it till it becomes thick as Rabdi consistency.....
- Then we add sugar to it... Boil it little more as by adding sugar it loosens...
- Then assemble the shahi tukda.... Dip the fried bread slices in sugar syrup... Place it on a wire rack so that extra sugar syrup drips off.....
- Then place it in a plate arrange them as you want.. Then pour rabdi over the bread slices... Garnish with pista and badam cutting.... Serve....
