- It's 500 gm of bhindi (okra).
- You need 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 230 gm of onion.
- Prepare 250 gm of tomatoes.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of dried fenugreek leaves.

Masala Bhindi instructions
- Heat oil in a pan,add bhindi and roast 5 to 8 minutes or till it turns light brown in colour..
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a another pan, add cumin seeds and stir well..
- Add onion and fry till translucent..
- Then, add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2,3 minute..
- Now add tomatoes and saute till it turn soft..
- Add salt, turmeric powder and mix well..
- Then add red chilli powder, coriander powder, Garam Masala Powder and mix well..
- Now add roasted bhindi and mix well..
- Add dried fenugreek leaves and dum for 5 minutes..
- Serve hot with roti..
