- You need 2 of Bread slices.
- It's 1/2 litre of Milk.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Sugar.
- Prepare 1/4 spoon of Cardamom powder.
- You need 2 spoons of Ghee/butter.
- It's 2-3 strands of Saffron.
- It's of Badam & pista for garnishing.

- Boil milk in a flat pan until the milk is reduced to about 1/4th of it's original quantity..
- Do not forget to stir continuously, once the milk is reduced, add cardamom powder, saffron and mix well. Allow it to boil till milk turns light yellowish..
- Remove from heat and set aside. Once it comes to room temperature refrigerate for some time. Now take the bread slices and slice it as two triangles..
- Heat ghee/butter in a pan and shallow fry the bread till they are crisp and golden brown on each side..
- Arrange it on the serving dish. Pour the rabri over the bread slices and garnish with the chopped nuts..
