Rosy Shahi tukda step by step
- Heat a pan. Add sugar and water. Stirr continuously till sugar get dissolve completely. Add 1 tsp cardamom powder, 3-4 strands saffron, 6-7 rose petal crushed into it and cook for 2 minute. Switch off the flame and keep aside..
- In a separate pan, put desi ghee and heat it. Cut the bread into half diagonally and fry them into hot ghee from both side till golden..
- Put all slice of bread into sugar syrup and cover it. Rest for 30 minute or so..
- Now prepare rabri, by adding milk in a pan and heat it. And keep it on slow flame to get thicken..
- Then add sugar, cream, saffron, rose petalchopped, rose water, cardamom, dry fruits. Cook for some more minute to get the desired consistency..
- Now it's time for presentation..
