- You need 1 cup of wheat flour.
- It's 1 tsp of ajwain/ carom seeds.
- You need 1/2 tsp of chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of besan.
- Prepare 1/4 of turmeric powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of hydrated methi leaves/kasturi methi.
- You need 1/2 cup of water.
- You need as per taste of Salt.

- Prepare as required of Oil.

- Combine all the above dry ingredients and knead well by add water gradually. Make dough texture semi soft and not too hard. Rest for 10mins..
