- Prepare 1/2 kg of bhindi.
- It's 2 of oinon chopped.
- It's 2 of tomatoes chopped.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Garlic paste.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Ginger paste.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin seeds crushed.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of red chilli flakes.
- It's 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala Powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of green coriander leaves chopped.
- Prepare 6-7 of green chilli chopped.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of oil.
Masala Fry Bhindi step by step
- Heat oil in pan add bhindi (okra) roast for 5 to 7 minutes or till it truns light brown colour..
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in an other pan,add cumin seeds and stir well..
- Add onion and fry till translucent..
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.,Add tomatoes and saute till it truns soft..
- Add red chilli flakes,salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and Garam Masala Powder and mix well add 2 tbsp water and mix well..
- Add roasted bhindi in it and mix well..
- Add green chilli and green coriander leaves and mix well..
- And dam for 5 minutes..
- Serve hot with roti or naan..
