  1. Prepare 1/2 kg of bhindi.
  2. It's 2 of oinon chopped.
  3. It's 2 of tomatoes chopped.
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of Garlic paste.
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Ginger paste.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin seeds crushed.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of red chilli flakes.
  8. It's 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
  9. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala Powder.
  11. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp of green coriander leaves chopped.
  13. Prepare 6-7 of green chilli chopped.
  14. Prepare 1/2 cup of oil.

Masala Fry Bhindi step by step

  1. Heat oil in pan add bhindi (okra) roast for 5 to 7 minutes or till it truns light brown colour..
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in an other pan,add cumin seeds and stir well..
  3. Add onion and fry till translucent..
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.,Add tomatoes and saute till it truns soft..
  5. Add red chilli flakes,salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and Garam Masala Powder and mix well add 2 tbsp water and mix well..
  6. Add roasted bhindi in it and mix well..
  7. Add green chilli and green coriander leaves and mix well..
  8. And dam for 5 minutes..
  9. Serve hot with roti or naan..
