Ingredients of Churma Ladoo
- It's 2 cups of wheat flour.
- It's 2 tbsp of suji and besan.
- It's 1/3 cup of desi ghee.
- It's 1 cup of jaggery (cut into small pieces).
- You need 1 tsp of elaichi powder.
- It's 1tsp of nut meg powder.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of water.
- You need as needed of Oil to fry.
- You need as needed of Dry fruits or khas khas for decorations.
Churma Ladoo instructions
- Mix wheat flour, besan, suji and 2 tsp ghee.
- Add warm water slowly make dough and make muthiyas out of it.
- Fry this muthiyas till golden brown.
- Take out and let it cool down then break into small pieces.
- Grind in the mixer but dont make it fine powder.
- Heat the ghee in the pan aftef it melts add jaggery and heat till bubbles start framing.
- Add powder which bhi have made and nut meg and elaichi powder and mix well.
- Make ladoos and decorate with dry fruits or even khas khas here i have used kaju and badam.
