Ingredients of Milk Cake
- You need 2 kg of Full Cream Milk.
- It's 1/2 kg of Sugar.
- It's of Dry Fruits according to you.
Milk Cake instructions
- First Put milk on kadai, boil on low flame....till the milk turn 1/3 quantity,then add sugar according to ur taste and stir again till milk turn thick (like mawa).....
- After that it will turn golden brown colour...then remove the mawa and keep it in a container and cover it and keep it in a warm place for 2-3 hours....
- After 2-3 hours u can remove the mawa cake from the contianer u may see the the down part of the cake is brown... decorated with dry fruits....now cake is ready...
